The lightweight wall panel machine consists of programmable controlled special hydraulic molding machine and various different aluminum molds to make lightweight wall panels.   As per the comprehensive requirements of light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire prevention, the lightweight wall panels are made of   asbestos-free fiber cement board of light weight, high strength and good stability as the external structural surface board and eps concrete as the core material. Through systematic and in-depth research, we have optimized the composite structure and splicing structure, the ratio of panel and core material and the preparation technology, so as to improve the performance of mechanics, thermotechnic, sound insulation, fire resistance and durability.   It is a promising new type of wall material .
