QT4-15D brick machine equipment shipped to Vietnam

On February 26, 2017, the QT4-15D block forming machine and its supporting equipment produced by our company were successfully shipped to Vietnam. The QT4-15D full-automatic hydraulic brick machine is a full-automatic program-controlled block forming equipment developed by our company. The design and manufacture of this machine takes into account the production, usage and maintenance conditions of small and medium-sized concrete brick and block manufacturers.

The main composition of the equipment includes the board feeder, forming machine, block conveyor, hydraulic station, electrical control panel system with control part and manipulating part. The operation part is composed of indicator lights, operation buttons, programmable intelligent operation panel, etc. Through the operation of the relevant electrical components of the console, the current equipment status can be displayed, and manual and automatic conversion can be easily realized. The set or modify related working parameters enables the cut off the power supply in time when the equipment fails to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
